As you know from my last blog I spend my last weekend in Milan and this is the second part of my letting your into my weekend with my friends!

IMG_4310For the second day we headed back over the Duomo to have a look around and basically be tourists! We headed straight up the 200 stairs to the roof and walk around where you can see the whole of the city. Unfortunately for us it was actually raining so we couldn’t see that far but it was still amazing! The roof was covered in Marble and looks really beautiful. Climbing the stairs up the edge of building right to the top was a teeny bit scary as it is SO high but it was so worth it!

We then headed over to an escape room game which took about 45 minutes of intense google mapping and some back tracking when we get lost. I know this sounds like a crazy place out of a horror story but its honestly not. If you have not heard of an escape room game, they are basically a room full of clues that you have to work out how to get out by following the hints in a certain time. Basically, we are practically investigators. This was SO fun whilst hard at the same time! The best part of this is that you have to use team work to get through it and I felt like I would not be able to do this with any other people! We worked so well together as a team and I can’t wait to be able to do this again as they have these escape rooms all over the world!

After this we headed back to the centre and stopped for a bite to eat. By bite I mean another pizza. I admit, I have a slight addiction to pizza!

So this was our second day in the beautiful Milan. We had 1 (and a half) days left in Milan so I will fill you in on these days soon!
