Mug cakes a massive at the moment and understandable because they are delicious and easy and quick and just amazing!
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
small Knob of butter
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 tbsp plain flour
Firstly, peel and core the apples then cut so they are small squares (diced) then place into you mug, then place the knob of butter and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in the mug. Then cover this with cling film, piercing the film a few times. Then place in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to two minutes.
Once this is done remove from the microwave and pour out the excess liquid.
Then in a separate bowl, using your hands mix the brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon together until it is all blended together to form breadcrumbs.
Next pour the breadcrumb mixture over the apples and place into the oven again for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Once this is one remove from the microwave and leave to cool before eating. This is going to be very hot (trust me, I ate it without cooling and burnt my mouth) but it was so worth it because this is delicious!
You can also eat this with ice cream, cream or custard!
