Copper is such an amazing colour, if I could I would have a whole copper kitchen and home accessories and now my copper obsession has made it onto my face and I LOVE it!
To start I used the Mac Studio fluid foundation in NC20 all over. I then use the Nars creamy concealer under my eyes and a little on my chin.
I then take the Pop eyeshadow palette which has three colours a light white, a medium copper brown and and darker copper, I of corse when for the darkest colour. I applies this using a fine brush to the inner corner of the upper eyelid and about a third of the way along. I also take this slightly onto the under eye.
Then using the Urban Decay Naked palette 2, I take the shade ‘Snakebite’ which is quite a dark brown and apply this only a tiny bit, along the eyelash line. I then take the shade ‘Busted’ which is a dark brown colour and apply this the the outer corner and crease of the eye and blend this in to the centre of the eye making sure the copper and browns mix together.
I then use the L’Oreal liquid eyeliner and draw a small flick from the outer corner of the eye towards the centre. I then colour my eyebrows in to give them more definition using the Elizabeth Arden eyebrow palette. I cannot stress enough how much I love this palette. I will often try new palettes and it just never matches up to this amazing item!
I then take the Eyelure eyelashes in number 100 and place a pair onto my eyes to make them look longer and give the eyes a more feminine look because if you haven’t realised, I have the worst eyelashes ever and the eyelure lashes come in such an array of styles that you can never go wrong with these babies! Then to make my eyelashes blend in with the fakes I apply the Max factor 2000 calorie mascara in black to the upper and lower lashes.
Next I apply the Lord and Berry Bronzer in the shade ‘Sunny’ to my cheek bones and up around my hair line. This bronzer is quite matte and so for this look it adds a perfect glow and doesn’t take the attention away from the eyelashes.
Finally I apply the Mac Velvet Teddy to my lips and there we have it. My copper eye look! I hope you like it and leave your comments below of anything you would like me to do in the future?
