- I am not a baby. 2. Yes my eyes are blue and these eyeshadows for this look, I feel, really compliment my eye colour and make the eyes look brighter.
Firstly I started by applying a Khol black liner to the lower water line of the eyes. I then applied the shade ‘Nocturnal blue’ to the inner corners of the eyes on the upper and lower lid slightly so that the inner corner of the eye will draw a lot of attention from the amazing colour shadow.
I then used a white colour over the rest of the lid as a base colour. I then used a silver shimmer colour from Urban decay naked palette 2 and applied this to the centre of the eyelid taking this colour higher so that it merges into the crease. Finally with the eyeshadow, I use another blue which is a bit darker than the original blue shade and has a slight shimmer whereas the first colour was more matte. This colour I apply to the outer corner taking this up into a slight triangle shape and then along into the crease.
I then use a blending brush and gently mix the colours together going from the outside towards the inside so the colours create a gentle blue shimmer across the eye. This colour is taken quite high towards the brow bone which I don’t usually do but I fancied a change!
I then use a curl up mascara in black and then take a black eyeshadow just along the top outer corner to create a darker look.
Finally I use a nude lipstick from the Soap and Glory range to finish the look. I hope you like it, leave your comments below.
