I have previously showed you a few of my make up styles I do but I thought I would show you my every day go to look. This is so simple and I wear my make up like this or similar most days to for work and pleasure.

I start by using the Urban decay Primer and then I apply the Mac Studio fluid foundation in NW20. I use the Real Techniques slanted foundation brush to apply this. I find this brush great for applying foundation as it is quite firm and it doesn’t leave streak marks on the skin meaning it leaves the skin looking flawless.

I then use the Mac pressed powder in medium all over the face to make the skin more matte looking, you will know I have been suffering with more oily skin than usual normal so this really helps to maintain the matte look. I apply this with the Body Shop body brush. This is a large brush which is the softest brush I have ever used. Being from the Body Shop it is all naturally sourced products.
IMG_2484I then use my Elizabeth Arden brow palette to make my eyebrows more defined. I have then used the L’Oreal liquid eyeliner pen to create a small flick on my eyes. start by drawing a line from the outside in at an angle with the end of the eyebrows. I have then drawn further along the eye half way to finish the look. I have only drawn eyeliner on half of the eye as I do not want the eyes to look too dark and I do not want them to look too extreme for the work place. I have then used the Naked palette 2 shade ‘Tease’ and gently added the colour along the crease of the eye from the outside in. This leaves the eyes looking slightly darker but this is very subtle.

I then use the Anastasia Beverly Hills palette to contour the face to make it more defined. I use the Eco face brush for the lighter colour. I use the shade ‘Banana’ for this as I love the yellow tones it brings to the face. I apply this under the eyes, in the centre of the forehead and T zone long with the centre of my chin. I then use the Body shop foundation brush for the darker colour. This is not the correct brush to use for this but I find it works really well to add the colour gently and not too defined. I use this just under my cheek bones, along the bottom of my jaw line and in the edges of my forehead.

IMG_2497IMG_2501I then use the Benefit ‘Bene tint’ on the balls of my cheeks and on my lips for a subtle pink colour which is not too bright for the working day. You only need a really small amount of this product and it is really long lasting and the colour is really effective for the desired look.
