last week I shared the recipe for my waffles with you and it went down so well that I thought I would share another one of my favourite and easy to make recipe with you! ROCKY ROAD!

You will need…

3 large bars of chocolate (any of your choice although I have gone for dairy milk as it’s delicious).                                  Marshmallows.                                            Maltesers.                                                   Digestive biscuits (I’ve used caramel ones just because I’m greedy)

This is probably the most simple yet scrummy thing to make which everyone loves!

First you will need to break all the chocolate up and add into a bowl to melt. This can be done in two ways, either in the microwave for approx 3 minutes depending on which watt microwave you have or by putting the bowl of broken up chocolate over a saucepan with hot water in. Either way you will need to keep storing the chocolate as it’s very easy to burn!

While this is melting cut up the marshmallows into small pieces and break up the maltesers and biscuits so they are not too big.

Once the chocolate is melted add the maltesers, marshmallow and biscuits in and shir all together and then pour into a trey lined with grease proof paper and place into the fridge to set. The mixture isn’t greasy but I just find it easier to remove from the tray if it’s lined.

It does take about 2 hours for the mixture to set completely but when it does it is absolutely Devine!

Leave your comments on what you think and if you have any other ideas for recipes I can try out!
