Summer is in full swing in England now, THANK GOD.

We have the worst weather here, it is winter 85% of the time and it is just rain, rain, rain but at the moment it it hot, the sun has got its hat on and it is glorious! On Sunday I went for a walk in a little town/village in the south east cost of England called Rye. It is so quaint and pretty especially when the sun is shining. It is full of lots of quirky and vintage shops with lots of hidden treasure to be found.

Rye is full of little cobbled streets and pretty houses with the timber frames and tiny little doors, it looks like it has just jumped out of a fairy tale! I am 5ft0 (yes I know Im tiny) and some of the doors are smaller than me!

To end the day we went an old fashioned pub overlooking fields filled with sheep and had lunch. Sunday drinks in a beer garden is my kind of living!

Let me know of any places you like to visit and maybe one day I can visit them too!

  1. I love that these images are all so “homey,” I’ve never been to any of these places but I get this great feeling of comfort from the images. Awesome work. πŸ™‚
